1. Registration and Payment

All participants must complete the registration process and payment to secure their place in the course. Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

2. Attendance

Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. No refund will be provided for missed sessions.

3. Course Materials

All course materials provided are for personal use only. Sharing, redistributing, or reproducing course materials without permission is prohibited.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to behave professionally during the course. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation by Participant

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will receive a full refund less a 10% administrative fee.
• Cancellations made 15-30 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date are not eligible for a refund.

Course Transfer

Participants may transfer their registration to another person at no extra cost, provided they notify us at least 7 days before the course start date.

Cancellation by Provider

In the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the provider, participants will receive a full refund of the course fee.
